These policies govern your access to and use of pursvt.com and any products or services offered through it (the “Site”). “PURSVT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this Site.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or handling any product supplied by us, you agree to be bound by every policy on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Research Use Only

Every product sold on this Site is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research.

Our products are not intended for:

  • human consumption or administration of any kind
  • veterinary use
  • diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application
  • injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical use
  • food, drug, cosmetic, or household use

No product sold here has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Who May Purchase

You must be 21 years of age or older to access this Site or purchase from it.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are a qualified professional, researcher, or entity acquiring these materials for lawful laboratory research
  • you possess the training, facilities, and experience required to handle research compounds safely
  • you will not administer these products to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal
  • you will not resell, transfer, or supply these products to anyone for human or animal use

We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

No Medical or Professional Advice

Nothing on this Site, including product descriptions, certificates of analysis, reference tools, and educational material, constitutes medical, clinical, veterinary, or professional advice.

Product descriptions summarize published scientific literature for informational purposes only. They are not claims about what our products do in any living subject, and they are not recommendations, endorsements, or protocols for use. No reference tool or calculator on this Site should be interpreted as dosing guidance.

No Reviews or Testimonials

We do not accept, solicit, publish, or host customer reviews, testimonials, ratings, or accounts of personal experience with our products. Any such material submitted to us will not be published and may be deleted without notice.

Handling and Storage

Lyophilized compounds should be stored at −20°C. Reconstituted solutions should be stored at 2–8°C. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Products should be handled only by qualified research personnel using appropriate laboratory safety procedures, personal protective equipment, and containment tools.

We are not responsible for degradation, contamination, or loss of integrity resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of analysis are provided as supplied to us by our manufacturer and are made available for transparency. They reflect testing performed on a specific lot at a specific time.

We make no representation that any certificate corresponds to the exact lot you receive unless expressly stated, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy of third-party testing. Certificates are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of purity, identity, or performance.

Shipping

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be received at your delivery address and in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice on possession or use, and we do not ship where prohibited.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Processing

Nothing is charged at checkout. Orders are invoiced manually, and payment instructions are emailed to you after you place an order. Processing begins only once payment has been received and cleared.

We process orders as promptly as we reasonably can. We do not guarantee a processing or dispatch date, and processing times may vary with order volume, stock, and circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery

Once an order leaves us, delivery is handled entirely by the carrier and is outside our control.

We do not guarantee delivery by any particular date. Any timeframe quoted by a carrier is an estimate, not a commitment, and we are not liable for carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or misdelivery by the carrier.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Contents are not described on the exterior.

Compounds are shipped as stable lyophilized powder and do not require cold-chain shipping in transit. Refer to the handling and storage guidance above once your order arrives.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout. We cannot redirect, recall, or replace an order shipped to an address entered incorrectly, and we cannot assist with orders forwarded by a third party.

If you notice an error before your order ships, reply to your order confirmation email immediately and we will correct it if we can.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered and you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All products sold by PURSVT are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Because these compounds require controlled storage and handling, and because their integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered products.

Order Cancellations

Orders are invoiced manually and nothing is charged at checkout.

If you have not yet submitted payment, you may cancel at no cost by replying to your order confirmation email. Once payment has been received and your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Orders that remain unpaid after three (3) days are cancelled automatically. Nothing is charged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not matching your confirmation, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Reply directly to your order confirmation email, or use the contact form on this Site. Include:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the product, the vial label, and the outer packaging as received
  • a brief description of the issue

Every case is reviewed individually. We will evaluate the claim against our quality and handling standards and respond with our determination.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after receipt cannot be reviewed, as we are unable to verify storage and handling conditions beyond that window.

Orders and Payment

Nothing is charged at checkout. Placing an order creates an order record only. Payment instructions are emailed to you separately, and your order is not confirmed until payment is received and cleared.

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
  • We may correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed.
  • Orders that remain unpaid after three (3) days are cancelled automatically.
  • We may decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, invalid information, or quantity restrictions.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@pursvt.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, layout, and code, is owned by PURSVT or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The PURSVT name and mark may not be used without our prior written permission.

Certain product imagery, documentation, and certificates of analysis originate from our supplier and remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute any part of this Site without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Site or its products for any unlawful purpose
  • misrepresent your age, identity, qualifications, or intended use
  • purchase for the purpose of human or animal administration

If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

By entering this Site, placing an order, or handling any product supplied by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Release.

Assumption of Risk

Research compounds carry inherent risks. Many of the compounds we supply have limited or no human safety data. Their effects, interactions, and long-term consequences are, in many cases, not fully characterized.

You expressly and voluntarily assume all risk associated with the receipt, handling, storage, reconstitution, disposal, and use of any product obtained from PURSVT, and with any information, reference tool, or documentation provided by us.

You are solely responsible for:

  • determining whether a compound is appropriate for your intended research
  • complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws and regulations
  • following proper laboratory safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment
  • correct storage, handling, and disposal
  • any consequence arising from your use or misuse of our products

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PURSVT and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, illness, death, claim, damage, or consequential damage of any kind arising out of or related to:

  • the use, misuse, or improper handling of any product supplied by us
  • any information, description, document, or tool obtained from this Site
  • any administration of our products to any human or animal, whether by you or by any third party

This disclaimer applies regardless of the cause and regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PURSVT and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • any misrepresentation you make regarding your age, qualifications, or intended use
  • any administration of our products to any human or animal

SMS Messaging Terms

What You’re Consenting To

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from PURSVT, including:

  • transactional messages: order confirmations, payment reminders, shipping notifications
  • customer service messages: replies to questions you send us

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us without ever giving us a phone number.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your orders and enquiries. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed.

Your Number

We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy below.

You must be 21 or older and the account holder, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.

This Site is not directed at anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Governing Law
